WalterFedy completed the new storage facility for Bow City Storage, located in the Seton in Calgary, Alberta. The project features a 134,688 sq.ft., four storey facility including self storage units, as well as a 28,147 sq.ft. luxury car storage. The four storey storage facility is currently in construction, while the luxury car storage is in preliminary design.
Stage two involves the design and construction of approximately 20,000 sq.ft. commercial retail units. The project is currently in design.
