You can be involved as much or as little as you’d like! We have a variety of committees including:
After applying on our online portal, the recruitment team will review your application. If we find that you are a good match for the job you’ve applied for, you will be contacted via email or phone. Please ensure the email address and phone number you provide are accurate and accessed regularly.
We aim to create a workplace where everyone feels included and able to be their most authentic self. This commitment starts with recruitment and continues throughout your time with us. Our action plan is designed to provide equal opportunities for everyone to contribute, grow, and feel valued.
Our benefits package includes an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with TELUS Health. Our EAP supports you with confidential wellness resources and trained professionals available 24/7. We also have an optional Wellness Spending Account, allocating $400 towards wellness necessities.
In addition to 10 sick days per calendar year, we have an internal Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) program. MHFA representatives provide initial contact and help to other employees who are experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
The interview process can involve up to three points of contact. We begin with a phone call to candidates we’d like to learn more about. From there, we may invite 2-3 individuals to join our team for a virtual interview, and from there 1-2 successful candidates will be asked to meet the hiring team in the office.
