About The Project
Led by WalterFedy, the project overcame numerous challenges, from environmental sensitivities to infrastructure complexities, to deliver a pioneering urban development. The centerpiece is the innovative stormwater management facility, harmonizing with the natural landscape while enhancing water quality and habitat protection.
Noteworthy achievements include the successful navigation of stringent regulatory requirements and the incorporation of the Region’s first Dutch Roundabout, promoting active transportation. The project’s technical excellence shines through its creative stormwater controls, including a cooling trench and habitat-rich features. Completed in 2023, Williamsburg Green Subdivision stands as a beacon of sustainable engineering and community enrichment.
