Melissa Fishman, P.Eng., is known for her entrepreneurial spirit, client focus and dedication to best practices. As the Electrical Engineering Team Manager, she’s gained a reputation for her exceptional management of multidisciplinary projects in the municipal sector, including mechanical/electrical renovations, lighting retrofits, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and net carbon zero buildings.
Working closely with the firm’s Business Unit Leaders, Victoria Campbell, CHRL, plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining the firm’s organizational culture. As Director of HR, she addresses critical business issues and challenges through practical, results-driven solutions. A trusted advisor, Victoria’s impact can be felt across the firm, from its purpose-driven community support to large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
An experienced and passionate Civil Engineer Rushin Khakharia, P.Eng., leads the firm’s Site Development team. A key contributor within the Civil Engineering practice, he engenders client trust through his passionate and focused approach to each project. His significant contributions to the delivery of large-scale works are anchored by technical acumen and a deep connection with each project.
Leading the firm’s structural engineering practice, Mark Campbell, P.Eng., M.Eng., excels at transforming complex client needs into innovative technical design. Joining the Toronto office in 2021, he quickly gained a reputation for being a knowledgeable and trusted partner. His consistent demonstration of business leadership and domain expertise across high-profile projects, alongside a commitment to collaboration, has benefited clients and colleagues alike.
Dan Ferguson, P.Eng., PMP, MBA, brings his blend of strategic and design acumen to his work. The leader of the Civil Engineering team, he has built an outstanding reputation for managing all aspects of a project lifecycle while fostering lasting relationships. His natural people skills have supported the success of large-scale projects across private and municipal sectors, along with driving critical infrastructure systems.
As a Principal Architect, Michael Winters, OAA, MRAIC, PMP, excels at applying his holistic design approach to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Growth-oriented, he fosters the development of his team through ongoing coaching and support while actively building bridges with other practice areas. With a focus on efficiency and organization, Michael has made a significant impact, especially with complex, accelerated projects.
Jason Chang, OAA, PMP, brings over 25 years of experience delivering complex projects for institutional clients, in public and private sectors. As Principal Architect, his appreciation for innovative ideas and collaborative approach has resulted in work that reflect the true needs and aspirations of each client. A member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s Climate Action Plan Working Group, Jason continues to stay at the forefront of critical industry issues while cultivating a culture of design excellence within the firm.
