WalterFedy provided architectural and engineering services for a 40,000 SF pre-engineered steel building to expand the existing Dauntless ULC Transfer Terminal in Mississauga. The project included adding 84 dock doors as well as a drive-in door and ramp. As part of our scope, WalterFedy provided all civil engineering services, including servicing, grading and drainage, storm water management, and management of the site plan approval process and building permit applications.
